(Excerpt from Thomas D. Williams, Ph.D., "Jesus' Wife Claims Revealed as 'Whopping Fraud,'" Breitbart, Sep. 14, 2016)
"The Harvard Professor who confidently proclaimed to the world she possessed evidence that suggested Jesus may have had a wife has now been outed as a second-rate academic who allowed herself to be duped by a con man. Dr. Karen L. King, professor at Harvard Divinity School, earned her 15 minutes of fame by staking her reputation as a historian of early Christianity on the authenticity of an ancient papyrus stating: Read the rest of the article…

Keep your children protected on the computer.

Recently, I read an article that said, the US FBI director advised people to place tape over their web cams, causing me to reassess computer safety. As technology expands into every area of our lives, so do the dangers that are also associated with it. Cyber bullying, pornography is just a click away, and there

Technology is helpful and convenient, but there is also an unseen price tag that comes along with it. None of these problems are new, they are just being carried out in a modern day technological arena.

How to find the wrong church.
I noticed a few weeks ago that the streets in the city centre were filled with more cars than usual. As I walked through the cold autumn air, across
Lower Mallow Street to my car, several parents with their older teens walked past. I realised a new year at the Universities had begun again. The busyness in the city was the new and returning students visiting the city with their parents, getting their bearings, and enjoying their last few moments together.
Fall brings a lot of movement into the Limerick City area. Summer holiday is over, school is beginning, colleges and universities are welcoming back old students, as well as new and foreign. Read the rest of the article…

Is it possible, that the reason you may not like the Bible, is because you have trouble understanding it?

Many people find that when they try to read the Holy Bible, they have difficulty understanding it.
II Peter 3:16 "As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction."

The Source of Faith.

The word "hearing" in this verse refers to both listening and reading. The information from the pages of the Bible needs to enter our minds, and when it does, it will produce faith, but we have to actually hear the Word of God, the Bible. Read the rest of the article…
The Bible is like a hammer.

Jeremiah 23:29: Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?

The Bible says God's word is like a hammer.
If God says Hid word is like a hammer, than we should stop and think about what we know about hammers. This will help us to learn about what He is trying to teach us about the Word of God. For example, A hammer is used to build things, and similarly God's word is also used to build things...

I Corinthians 15:14 "And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain."
The resurrection was essential. It should not to be taken lightly, because that one event sets Jesus apart and proves that He is, and was, the Son of God. The resurrection separates Jesus Christ from all other religious leaders throughout history. The resurrection was God's seal of authenticity upon the life of Jesus Christ and it divides cults from true Bible believing worshippers. Why?
