This is my Story!
I was born in Manchester, New Hampshire, in the U.S. As a kid, I grew up in the Methodist church but quit going at 12. I thought I’d figured it out: just be a nice person, since Jesus died so we could go to heaven.

Keith Hamilton (me) 1993 - Age 17
My teen years took a dark turn—a raging drug habit and all the wicked stuff that came with it. I was sinking fast. After secondary school, I got a job at an electronics factory. God? Not even on my radar.
But my coworker next to me shared something real: “God loves you.” She explained Jesus Christ died on the cross for sinners—all of us, not just addicts or drunks. It wasn’t a disease; it was sin I chose. I’d always figured heaven was mine—God loves people, and I wasn’t that bad. The Bible showed I was dead wrong.
I watched her: that joy, the calm certainty she’d go to heaven. I wanted that as well. She opened the Bible, and the truth hit hard. My sin weighed on me two ways: wrecking my life and hurting those around me; worse, I was lost, headed for hell.
I believed the Bible—God’s holy Word. Not just believing that I was “good enough.” I got scared! Good deeds wasn’t it; I needed Jesus Christ. She showed me salvation straight from Scripture—every verse pure truth. May 12, 1995, Friday afternoon in a parking lot: I bowed my head and prayed, “Jesus Christ, save this sinner.” He did. Joy flooded my soul!
Everything about being saved and born again came alive in me. Jesus died for me. Now my life’s wonderful because He’s my Lord and Saviour. Tough times? He’s right there carrying me through.
That’s my story: Jesus does what no amount of good deeds can—saves from eternal death, gives eternal life.
What are you waiting for? What has to happen before you trust Him?
You need God’s forgiveness, like I did. What a comfort—He loves sinners like you and me! But He went further: paid for all our sins when Christ died in our place.
John 3:16: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
Romans 5:8: “God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
Greatest love ever. Give a thought for your soul: Are you still in sins? Are you ready to believe and trust on Jesus Christ today? Romans 10:13 promises: “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
Romans 5:8 declares: “God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
This was the greatest act of love in history. I urge you now: think of how you stand before a Holy God. Are you still in your sins, or will you believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved today? God promises in Romans 10:13: “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

Is this story a rare phenomenon?
In the Bible, when you read about the early churches and believers, this type of story was common. Even today, a saving faith in Jesus Christ still changes lives.
